I was born a little while ago (in terms of the cosmos). I attended elementary, high school and college, sometimes with easily attained good results, and some not so good results. I have two grown children (in their minds not mine), and a wonderful husband who cooks, shops, and puts up with my quirks without too much commenting.

I am a needlework and knitting aficionado. I always have several projects in the works with cross-stitch, embroidery, and various other crafts taking a second place to knitting right now (but only one knitting project at a time...go figure).

I love reading especially mysteries, though once in a great while I read a biography (John Adams was AWESOME).

I love writing, and I love using parentheses to cover my usually insightful moments (can you tell?).

I love sports (GO SOX!).
